I work for a social service agency for people who have family with autism… and every time the government does any cuts to the healthy care system.. i see cuts in my pay check.. for instance I don’t really get paid for my mileage anymore. They say I do.. but my checks went down at least 20% since they did that. I had the same job before moving here to take care of my mom:D I was a respite provider for families with autistic children, I got the job because I dated this woman for awhile, and me and her kid jsut connected, and even though me and her ended things, when it came up that somebody could get payed to work with him, she asked me to, I was hanging out with him occasionally as it was, but it was cool to get payed for it too,lol… I really miss those kids… I cal land talk to him from time to time, but since I wasnt as close to the parents of the other kids ive worked with, they thought it was kind of weird when I called to say hi to everyone,lol… Just found out I have aspergers myself, so maybe thats why I work so well with autistic kids, ^_^
